Warranty
We stand behind our lifetime warranty on the jewelry's workmanship. Our jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects. If you do happen to find anything please contact us.
Returns/Exchange
From our trusted retail stores, we approve two (2) items per year to be returned for credit towards new product.
Replacements
Unfortunately, from time to time people lose an earring. Not to worry though, we will be happy to make your customer a match at no additional charge. Please inquire about pricing & schedule your return of the single earring to be matched.
